I’m a sophomore at Overland and this is my 1st year in SCOUT as a Staffer. I chose the newspaper because a former student from Overland suggested that I should take this class and it seemed like a chill class to take. In addition, I saw newspapers as an opportunity to improve my overall writing skills. I enjoy writing features. Future topics I would like to write about are music and food. I’m currently not involved with any activities at Overland, but I would like to be involved in Basketball or Soccer sometime. The only fun fact I have is my long hair, haha.
